COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance. We kindly ask that you refrain from staying with us if you have experienced symptoms of illness in the last few days that are indicative of respiratory disease, high temperature, cough, loss of smell, taste or other medical conditions. We would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation and would be very happy to answer any questions you may have.
-Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by The Health Department.
-Hand sanitizer in guest rooms and the office area.
-First aid kits available at the office.
-Face masks for guests available at the office.
-At arrival guests must submit their cell phone number and will be verified with the phone number given during the booking which might be used in case of contact tracing.
-Emergency phone/24 hrs. is located at the end of the office building and as well at the office.
-For any assistance, dial at 608-253-1651.
-Recommended Travel Health Insurance.
CLEANLINESS & DISINFACTION
-Guest rooms are ventilated and disinfected before cleaning.
-Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus.
-Linens and towels washed with accordance to The Heath Department.
-Keys are disinfected at check-in time and check-out time.
-Guests may have minimal cleaning services during their stay.
-6 feet distance rule followed. Keep calm and apart.
-In order to ensure safe parking lot drive, the distance between vehicles should be minimum 6 feet with minimum speed of the vehicle.
-When in pool, users should not make physical contact with other swimmers.
-Swimmers are asked to avoid strokes such as the butterfly at busy times.
-Contactless check-out at the office.
FOOD & DRINK SAFETY
-Food can be delivered to the guest room.
-Guests are responsible to remove the room garbage to the dumpster which is located at the end of the office building every night.
-No morning coffee.
